I’ve always had fun watching historic race cars (you know, from a time when the drivers were fat and the tires were skinny) zoom through medieval cities, so I thought you’d like to be reminded of the Circuit des Remparts – 18th-20th September 2009 that starts off with a concourse in the Champ de Mars, Angouleme (cognac region).
Where else you gonna see Alain Prost, Jackie Stewart, Henri Pescarolo, and Jacques Laffite sawing the wheels of their racers through the roads of Cognac, just like the olden days?
