I like the word “galavanting.” I wish I had though of it for a website.
Someone did, of course. And the folks over at the website of that name, led by Editor Kim Mance, will be in Colmar at the Christmas markets to broadcast a live video on Monday, December 29th. They exhort:

I’ll take their word for it. You can sign up to get email warning of the event, or you can sleep in and view the archives next year, when the dollar will zoom and you will once again be able to afford a suite at the Ritz in Paris.
Colmar is my favorite of the larger cities of Alsace. The show should be fun.
