Looking for one museum, found another: Maison de l'Air

I was searching for the Museum de l’Air et d’Espace and found the Maison de l’Air. This charming little find is a museum dedicated entirely to the study of air in Paris.
This gives new meaning to the term “plein air painter” I guess.

It is nestled in the Parc de Belleville and is child and family-friendly, cheerfully decorated with kites. The Maison de l’Air is open every day except Monday from 1:30 to 5 and until 6:30 on Saturday and Sunday. It’s very affordable, too, at 3.35 Euros admission.

Reach the House of Air by the Metro Pyrenees, Line 11. I sense a lovely picnic lunch, walk in the park, and then the Maison de l’Air.

Have fun in Paris, take a break from gold and silk, and refresh the eyes.
